In the early hours of today, Friday, a young man was injured by the Israeli army when the soldiers invaded Nablus, and abducted a young man, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) promptly rushed to the area, treated the wounded, and moved him to a medical center in Nablus.
The PRCS said the young Palestinian man was shot with a live round in the leg, and described his wounds as moderate.
The Palestinian was injured during protests that erupted on Faisal Street as a result of the army’s invasion of the city.
According to local sources, many military jeeps invaded various neighborhoods, before the soldiers stormed and ransacked homes, and abducted a young man, Ahmad Omran from his home.
During the invasion, armored Israeli military bulldozers caused serious damage to infrastructure in the refugee camp and near its main entrance.
Additionally, the soldiers, accompanied by a military bulldozer, invaded the Balata camp in the eastern part of Nablus, and fired many live rounds, gas bombs, and concussion grenades, especially in the Al-Hashashin neighborhood.
