Nine Palestinian families, on Monday, received orders by the occupation authorities to stop the construction of their homes southeast of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, according to local sources.
The sources told the Palestinian News and Information Agency (WAFA) that soldiers invaded the ‘Arab ar Ramadin and Arab Abu Farda communities,, isolated by the illegal Apartheid Wall, and handed nine families stop-construction orders, under the pretext of the homes being located in ‘Area C’.
In related context, Israeli forces tore down and seized, on Sunday, seven Palestinian-owned tents in the Umm al-Jamal area in the northern Jordan Valley, in the northern occupied West Bank, according to the Wall and Colonization Resistance Commission.
It added that the tents, belonging to Palestinian citizens Muhammad Ahmad Alyan Awad and his son Ali, were used as residential shelters and livestock barns.
