On Day 110 of the ongoing Israeli onslaught on several parts of the devastated and destroyed Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells killed dozens of Palestinians and injured hundreds, mostly women and children, in several parts of the coastal enclave.

The Israeli army fired a barrage of missiles at Khan Younis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, killing at least six Palestinians and wounding dozens.

In a statement, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said Israeli war jets fired many missiles at areas near the Al-Amal Hospital and the Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, where about 7000 Palestinians are sheltering in the headquarters of the two medical facilities.

The PRCS expressed serious concerns about the health situation at Nasser Hospital, which became unable to cope with the large number of injuries and the displaced Palestinians sheltering there.

The PRCS stated that the Israeli attacks and the siege of the Al-Amal hospital it runs and its headquarters in Khan Younis are serious violations of all international laws and agreements and added that the army imposed a curfew on the area amidst constant bombardment and siege, an issue that is also prevented ambulances and medical teams from leaving or entering the medical facilities.

Sources at the Nasser Hospital said the medical facility is in dire need of medical supplies, food, and fuel, especially since it is treating hundreds of wounded Palestinians, hundreds of patients, and dozens of women giving birth in the hospital and are facing complications.

In Rafah, also in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired shells at the Omar Bin Abdul-Aziz Mosque, killing dozens of Palestinians and wounding many others, before they were moved to Abu Yousef Najjar Hospital in the city.

Thomas White, the Director of UNRWA affairs in the Gaza Strip, said on X that a UNRWA training facility where tens of thousands of displaced Palestinians sheltered was struck by an Israeli missile.

The UNRWA facility was hit by shells fired from two Israeli tanks deployed in the area; many Palestinians remain trapped and surrounded after the army isolated the area.

The Qatar-based Al-Jazeera said the center housed about 10.000 Palestinians who fled their homes in the northern and central Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the brutal shelling committed today by the Israeli occupation against the UNRWA-run center sheltering at least 30.000 of thousands of displaced persons in Khan Younis, south of Gaza, which resulted in the killing and wounding of several people and caused the fire to break out in the center. In addition, more than fifty Palestinians were killed, and dozens were injured in Israeli bombings of several parts of Khan Younis.

Furthermore, Israeli tanks fired barrages of shells at various homes and buildings in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, causing many casualties.

At least 14 civilians were killed, and more than twenty were injured when the army fired artillery shells at a home in Jabalia, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip.

In Central Gaza, the army fired missiles and shells at homes and buildings in the Nusseirat refugee camp, killing and wounding many Palestinians; among the slain Palestinians are at least four children and several women.

First responders said they also found the corpses of six Palestinians buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings in the Nusseirat and the Al-Boreij refugee camps.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the Israeli army “committed 24 massacres against entire families in the Gaza Strip over the last 24 hours, killing 210 and wounding 385.

Dr. Ashraf Al-Qedra, the spokesperson of the Health Ministry in Gaza, said medical teams are unable to cope with the large number of injuries and added that Abu Yousef Najjar of Rafah received 45 wounded Palestinians who were injured at the UNRWA facility in Khan Younis, including 15 who suffered life-threatening wounds.

Israel has now killed 25.700 Palestinians, including 12.345 children and 7500 women, and injured more than 63.700, mostly women and children, in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023.

More than 7.500 Palestinians, including 4.700 women and children, remain missing, largely buried under the rubble in several parts of the Gaza Strip.

Among the slain Palestinians are 337 medical staff and medics, 119 journalists, and 231 teachers and educational staff.

Also, Israeli missiles and shells killed 152 UN staff and at least 45 Civil Defense workers.
