Update 2: On Friday night, the army killed at least 24 Palestinians and many others, mostly women and children, after firing missiles at a home for the Abu Z’eitar family in Bishara neighborhood, in Deir Al-Balah.
Palestinian medics and rescue teams rushed the dead and the wounded to the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Balah, while continuing to search for more potential survivors under teh rubble of the homes and surrounding homes.
The army also fired a missile at a home, north of the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, wounding many Palestinians, some seriously.
Many Palestinians were also injured, some seriously when the army fired a missile at Shallal Cafeteria, near the shore of Nusseirat, in central Gaza.
Furthermore, the army fired missiles, shells and live rounds at the Al-Mighraqa town, north of Nusseirat in central Gaza, causing many casualties.
The Israeli army also fired missiles at Khirbat Al-Adas, north of Rafah, and at Beit Hanoun, in northern Gaza, causing many casualties.
In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said the Israel army continued its attacks against Al-Amal Hospital the PRCS runs in the city, and fired missiles at it, causing serious damage.
The PRCS added that, for the fourth time, its medics had to evacuate wounded Palestinians and patients from Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, after it had to shut down due to the constant Israeli attacks and siege that also resulted in running out of medical supplies, food and water.
It said the evacuation was carried out in coordination of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affair (OCHA), and stated that four ambulances evacuated 18 Palestinians, including two premature babies (twins) whose mother was killed by Israel’s missiles.
Other patients and wounded Palestinians were moved the international Medical Corps Field Hospital, the Indonesian Field Hospital, in Rafah, and the Gaza European Hospital in Khan Younis, in addition to the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah.
In Rafah, in the southernmost part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired a missile at a home in the Zalata area in the eastern part of the city, destroying the property, killing six Palestinians and wounding several others.
The army also fired a missile at a home in Yibna refugee camp, in the center of Rafah city, wounding several Palestinians, including children.
In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, the army and the navy fired many missiles and live rounds at the shore and various parts of the city.
Israel has now killed at least 29.514 Palestinians, and injured more than 69.616, mostly women and children, in various parts of the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023.
Update: On Thursday, the Israeli army continued its bombardment and shelling of various parts of the densely-populated Gaza Strip, killing dozens of Palestinians, including children and women, and wounding hundreds.
The army fired missiles at four homes in Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, killing the 40 Palestinians, and wounding more than 100, mostly women and children, before Palestinian medics rushed them to the Al-Aqsa Hospital.
The army also fired missiles at the Zawaida town, in central Gaza, killing and wounding many Palestinians, including women and children.
In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army invaded Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, shortly after withdrawing from the medical center, and imposed a strict siege, preventing the Palestinians from entering or leave it.
Feb 22, 2024 at 23:16: In northern Gaza, the Israeli Army fired missiles and shells at several parts of the territory, especially in Jabalia, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahia, killing and wounding many Palestinians, including children and women.
The Israeli army also fired missiles at a workshop for UNRWA in Jabalia refugee camp, which has been designated by the Popular Committee for Refugee Affairs to distribute some food assistance to the camp; the bombed building is the only place were food assistance is available.
Four Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured, on Thursday evening, when the army fired live rounds at Palestinians fleeing the bombarded areas, on the coastal road in Gaza City.
Furthermore, the Israeli soldiers fired barrages of live rounds at Palestinians, including families, fleeing areas in Gaza City, killing at least four Palestinians and wounding dozens, including many women and children.

Medical sources said many slain and injured Palestinians were transferred to the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City, while some of the wounded remained in the streets after the army continued to fire at them and at anyone trying to help them, including medics and ambulances.
The attacks targeted families who were on the coastal road or trying to reach it, after fleeing areas in northern Gaza and trying to reach the central and the southern parts of the coastal enclave, looking for shelter, water, and food.
In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, the Israeli army fired artillery and tank shells around the Al-Amal Hospital of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) which remains surrounded and isolated for the 31st day.
The missiles caused damage to various PRCS facilities, and the communications system used by its medics on the field and all sorts of communications with the outside world.
The PRCS said the situation at the frequently attacked hospital is extremely difficult as the Israeli missiles and shells have caused serious damage to its buildings, and the medical center is running out of basic medical supplies, food and water, and fuel for its power generators.

Also, the Israeli army wired and detonated homes and buildings in the Ath-Thahra area, in the Khan Younis refugee camp.
In central Gaza, four Palestinians were killed and many were injured when the army fired a missile at a home in the Zawaida town.
Furthermore, six Palestinian children were injured, some seriously, when the army fired a shell at a home in the Al-Boreij refugee camp, in central Gaza.
Also, the army fired missiles at many homes in Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, killing 25 Palestinians, including 20 women and children, and wounding dozens in addition to many residents who remain buried under the rubble.
Seven Palestinians were killed and many were injured when the army fired missiles and shells at homes and a mosque in Rafah, in the furthermost part of the Gaza Strip.
The army also killed at least one Palestinian and injured many others, after attacking families fleeing bombarded area, east of Rafah.

Rafah is the last area of the coastal regions where the more than 1.3 Million Palestinians, mostly who fled from northern and central Gaza Strip are trying to seek refuge in about 65 square kilometers, and are staying mainly in tents, lacking basic supplies, including food and water.
Israel’s missiles and shells have killed at least 97 Palestinians and injured 132, mostly women and children, in the Gaza Strip in less than 24 hours.
Israel has now killed at least 29.410 Palestinians, and injured more than 69.465, including 8.570 women and 12.660 children, across the destroyed Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023.
At least 7800 Palestinians, including 4700 women and children, remain missing, largely under the rubble of bombarded homes, buildings, and in alleys.
Also among the slain Palestinians 1049 elders, 340 medical staff and medics, 46 first responders, 46 Civil Defense workers, 200 journalists and media workers, 246 teachers and education workers, in addition to 152 UNRWA workers and employees.
