Including many children and women, Israeli missiles and shells killed dozens of Palestinians and injured hundreds, on Sunday, Day 142 of the ongoing onslaught on the Gaza Strip, as the army continued to bombard homes and buildings in various parts of the coastal enclave.
In Gaza City, three Palestinians were killed and several others were injured when the army fired a missile at a home in the Sabra neighborhood.
Furthermore, the army fired missiles and shells at many homes in several parts of Gaza City, especially in the Sabra and the Zeitoun neighborhoods of Gaza City, killing at least twelve Palestinians and wounding more than fifteen, some seriously.

Israeli drones also fired live rounds and missiles at Palestinians on the coastal road, west of Gaza City, after fleeing their homes due to constant Israeli bombings, killing ten and wounding at least fifteen before they were moved to the nearby Shifa Medical Center.
The attack is not the first as the Israeli army repeatedly targeted families fleeing their homes on the coastal road despite the so-called designated “safe passage” which has also been bombed numerous times, leading to dozens of casualties, including fatalities.
At least two Palestinians were killed and several others were injured when the army fired shells at Palestinians trying to reach farmlands to look for something to east in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza.
In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Palestinian Civil Defense teams located the corpses of eight Palestinians, including children, after the army bombed the Sater area, east of the city.
Furthermore, the army fired shells at several eastern areas of Khan Younis, and the Al-Qarara town, north of the city, killing at least one Palestinian and wounding many.

While the army withdrew from Nasser Medical Center in Khan Younis, which was repeatedly bombed and invaded, leading to many deaths and injuries, including among patients and children, the hospital remains without food, water, electricity, Oxygen for its units, and essential medical supplies.

The medical staff at the facility had to bury thirteen patients who died after electricity generators ran out of fuel which resulted in stopping respiratory machines and other equipment.

In addition, an official with UNRWA said the agency became unable to provide services for the Palestinians in northern Gaza, due to staff shortages and “collapse of social order”, in addition to the constant Israeli attacks on the civilians, severe restrictions on food and access of any aid, an issue that left the Palestinians starving, without access to water, medicine and all essential supplies.
In Rafah, in the southmost part of the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells struck many homes and buildings, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including women and children, and burying many under the rubble.
The Al-Jazeera news agency said, that after an Israeli strike on one home housing displaced Palestinians, killed at least 24 and wounded many others, in Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza, on Friday, adding that the Al-Aqsa Hospital is still receiving wounded people, and added that the death toll is expected to rise as many are under the rubble.
“Gaza’s Health Ministry has reported that 104 people were killed and 160 injured in Israeli attacks between Thursday and Friday afternoon, according to the latest situation report from the UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs,” Al-Jazeera added.
Israel has now killed at least 29.692, and injured more than 69.879, in addition to about 8.000 Palestinians, including 4.700 children and women, who remain buried under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings in several parts of the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023.
Among the slain Palestinians at least 12.660 children, 8570 women, 340 medical staff, 200 journalists, 246 educational staff workers, 152 UN staff, 46 Civil Defense workers,
Israeli missiles and shells also destroyed more than 65.000 housing units, displacing more than 1.7 Million Palestinians.
In the occupied West Bank, Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have killed 406 Palestinians, including 105 children.
