On Monday, Day 143 of the ongoing Israeli genocide of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells killed dozens of Palestinians, including many women and children, and injured scores of residents.
The Israeli army continued the firing of missiles and shells at several parts of the devastated and destroyed coastal enclave, especially in the southern and central areas.
In Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired a missile at a home near the Gaza European Hospital, east of the city, killing at least two Palestinians and wounding many.
The Israeli army also wired and detonated many homes, west of Khan Younis, amidst extensive battles with Palestinian fighters near Nasser Hospital, and the Al-Amal neighborhood, west of the city, killing and wounding several Palestinians.
Also, Israeli missiles and sniper bullets killed at least 23 Palestinians, including six from the Al-Aqha family and two from the Barbakh family, and wounded many, including women and children, in Khan Younis.
Medics tried to move the slain and wounded Palestinians to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, but the soldiers who continued the siege of the medical facility attacked them, forcing them to head to medical centers outside the city.
Media sources said the army wired and detonated homes in addition to bombarding many homes and buildings in Khan Younis.
The eastern, western, southern, and southwestern parts of Khan Younis were subject to extensive bombing and shelling, leading to dozens of casualties, while the Israeli navy also killed a fisherman near the Khan Younis shore while he was trying to fish to provide for his starving family.
Furthermore, Palestinian medics located the corpses of seventeen slain Palestinians who had been killed by Israeli missiles and shells in several parts of Khan Younis.
The situation in Al-Amal and Nasser Hospitals in Khan Younis remains dire amidst the Israeli siege, constant attacks and bombing. The hospitals are lacking basic supplies, including medicine, food and water.

Israeli missiles also killed four Palestinians, including one child, and injured many, including children, in a home north of Rafah.
The situation in Rafah, where about 1.7 million Palestinians are currently sheltering after fleeing other parts of the Gaza Strip, is very difficult, amidst hunger and diseases including hepatitis, and infections from unsanitary living conditions and contaminated water.
In Gaza City, Israeli missiles killed at least fifteen Palestinians, and injured dozens, including many women and children, especially in a home in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.
Dozens of Palestinians who were killed by Israeli missiles and shells in Gaza City over the last several days remain on the streets as medics and rescue teams have been unable to enter the bombarded areas.
