On Wednesday March 27, day 174 of the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the Israeli occupation forces committed eight massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing 81 civilians and 93 injuries during the past 24 hours, bringing the total toll of the Israeli aggression to 32,490 killed and 74,889 injured. The Israeli death toll is just over 800 soldiers killed (300 on October 7th, and 500 during the six-month long invasion and destruction of all parts of Gaza), and 800 civilians killed on October 7th, 2023, in a surprise cross-border attack by the armed wing of the Hamas party, the Izz el-Deen Brigades.
The Israeli siege of Nasser Hospital and the Al-Amal Hospital (run by the Red Crescent Society) led to the two hospitals being taken completely out of service, and the ongoing military occupation of Al-Shifa Hospital continued for the tenth straight day. Eyewitnesses reported that the Israeli military has been carrying out executions, arrests, abuse and forced displacement of the patients, staff and civilians who had sought refuge at the hospital.
Israeli artillery continued to shell the vicinity of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, west of Gaza City. 45 families in the immediate vicinity of the hospital were forces by the Israeli military to evacuate.
In the same context, the Israeli occupation forces continue their new aggression against Al-Amal and Nasser Hospital and their surroundings in Khan Younis for the fourth consecutive day.
At dawn Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Nasser Medical Complex, west of Khan Yunis, arrested a number of medical staff and displaced persons, and opened fire at displaced youths after ordering them to evacuate the complex.
Attacks on hospitals are a direct violation of international law and the Fourth Geneva Convention, to which Israel is a signatory.
In addition, the Israeli occupation forces bombed a tent housing displaced people in Al-Mawasi area, which led to the death of 12 citizens, including children, and the injury of others.
Three civilians were killed when the Israeli occupation forces shelled a house belonging to the Dhair family in Khirbet al-Adas, north of Rafah, while Israeli boats fired towards the coast of Nuseirat refugee camp.

Meanwhile, medical sources have reported that dozens of Palestinian children and babies have already died due to dehydration and starvation. The humanitarian catastrophe throughout Gaza is worsening daily.
Day 174: Nasser Hospital – 3rd Hospital Under Attack by Israeli Forces

After having besieged and taken over the al-Shifa Hospital in central Gaza for over a week, and forcing the Al-Amal Hospital in south-central Gaza out of commission, Israeli forces on Wednesday have now launched a full-on attack on the staff and patients at Al-Nasser Hospital.
Al-Amal Hospital, run by the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in Khan Younis, is now out of service after dozens of soldiers, who surrounded it for a month, invaded it, and forcibly evacuated everybody in the facility on Tuesday.
A number of Palestinians were killed and others were injured, at dawn on Wednesday, in a series of Israeli raids and artillery shelling when the occupation forces stormed the Nasser Medical Complex, west of Khan Younis, and arrested medical staff and displaced people from inside and around the hospital.
Health sources in the Gaza Strip announced the death of at least three civilians and the injuries of dozens of others after an Israeli shelling targeted two houses in Khirbet al-Adas and the Al-Sha’out neighborhood in the southern Gaza Strip city of Rafah.
