On Tuesday, day 200 of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in the destroyed and starved Gaza Strip, the Israeli army killed dozens of Palestinians and injured hundreds in several parts of the coastal enclave.
Medical sources said the army fired a missile at a home in the Salam neighborhood, east of Rafah in Gaza’s southmost area, killing two Palestinians and injuring dozens.
The army also fired missiles and shells at several parts of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, especially in the Al-Mawasi area, killing and wounding dozens of residents.
Many Palestinians were also killed and injured when the army fired missiles at the Zeitoun and the Tuffah neighborhoods, in addition to the Ar-Raed Tower and a commercial center on the Al-Jala’ Street, in Gaza City.
In Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, the army fired a missile at a car on Yaffa Street, killing one Palestinian and wounding many.
The army also fired missiles and shells at homes and buildings in the Al-Bureij and the Nusseirat refugee camps, in central Gaza, causing many casualties.
In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, the army fired a missile at a home in the eastern parts of the city, killing and wounding many Palestinians.
Many casualties were also reported when the army fired missiles and shells in successive airstrikes targeting various parts of Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, forcing dozens of families to flee the area and head towards Jabalia refugee camp, Gaza City, and the Shati’ refugee camp.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said Israel has now killed at least 34.183 Palestinians, mostly women, and children, and injured more than 77.143, in addition to the thousands of Palestinians who remain under the rubble in heavily boarded and destroyed areas.

EuroMed Human Rights Monitor has reported that the total number of slain Palestinians (October 7, 2023 – April 23, 2024) is 42.510, including 15.780 children and 10.091 women, and 137 journalists.
Also among the slain Palestinians are 356 healthcare professionals, 549 injured, 42 slain civil defense workers and 161 injured, while Israel’s missiles and shells also damaged 29 hospitals, 72 clinics, and 221 ambulances. The Israeli missiles also destroyed 203 heritage sites.
It added that Israel has displaced 2.000.000 Palestinians of Gaza’s 2.2 million Palestinians, destroyed 131.200 homes, damaged 281.000 homes, destroyed and damage 178 press centers, damaged 445 schools, destroyed 2.271 industrial facilities, in addition to damaging 651 mosque and 3 churches.
