On Wednesday, Day 208 of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, Israel’s missiles and shells killed dozens, and injured hundreds, in various parts of the destroyed and devastated coastal enclave.
In the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza, at least one Palestinian was killed and five were injured when the army fired a missile at home.
Also, at least six Palestinians were killed and many were injured when the army bombarded homes in Zahra’ City, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp.
Palestinian medics rushed to the bombarded homes, evacuated the slain and the wounded, and began searching under the rubble for potential victims and survivors, especially since the missile turned homes into rubble.
The army also fired missiles and shells at homes and an electricity distribution center in Zawaida, in central Gaza, causing injuries and serious damage.
A Palestinian woman was killed and five residents, including one child, were injured, when the army fired missiles, east of the Al-Fukhari area, east of Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.
Also in Khan Younis, Israeli missiles killed two Palestinians and injured many in the Qaa’ Al-Qareen area, southeast of the city.
In Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza, the army fired a missile at home in the center of the refugee camp, causing many casualties, including fatalities.
The Israeli army intensified its bombing and shelling of various parts of Rafah, in the Gaza Strip’s southmost area, causing dozens of casualties.
Despite the ongoing bombings, Palestinian resistance factions continued to intercept the invading Israeli tanks and armored vehicles and even fired shells at military centers and areas across the perimeter fence.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters destroyed military vehicles in areas the army created to separate northern Gaza from the central and southern parts.
Fighters of the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, along with Qassam Brigades fighters and other groups, also exchanged fire with Israeli soldiers and fired shells at tanks and armored vehicles in various areas in northern and central Gaza.
Qatar-based Al-Jazeera has reported that two Jordanian aid convoys carrying food, flour, and humanitarian aid were attacked by Israeli colonizers on their way into Gaza and added that 31 international aid trucks entered northern Gaza through the Beit Hanoun (Erez) crossing for the first time since October 7, 2023.
The colonizers boarded many aid trucks and started dumping the sacks of wheat and other aid on the ground.
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said Israel is still denying its aid missions and humanitarian work in northern Gaza, the most devastated area by Israel’s constant bombing and massive destruction.
The Palestinian Health Ministry said the army bombarded and shelled many areas across the coastal enclave, targeting not only entire residential blocs but also make-shift shelters and schools where families fled due to the ongoing onslaught.
Israel has now killed at least 34.979, including 14.500 children and 9.801 women, and injured more than 77.765, mostly women and children, in addition to about 8000, including at least 4.700 women and children who remain missing, largely under the rubble in several parts of the devastated Gaza Strip, since October 7. 2023.
Also among the slain Palestinians are at least 491 medical staff, 141 journalists, 246 educators, 152 UNRWA workers and 67 Civil Defense workers.
