A number of Palestinians were killed, and others sustained various injuries on Monday, in the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, which is entering its 248th day.

Medical sources reported that a number of Palestinians were killed, and others were injured with various injuries, as a result of the Israeli occupation’s artillery shelling on the areas of Oraiba, Khirbet Al-Adas, and Al-Hashash, north of the city of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip. The Oreiba area, north of the city of Rafah, also witnessed violent artillery shelling.

Two Palestinians were killed, and others sustained various injuries, as a result of the occupation aircraft bombing a house in the Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

The Israeli occupation warplanes launched air strikes on the city of Deir al-Balah in the middle of the Gaza Strip, and the Abu al-Ajen area, coinciding with artillery shelling east of the city.

The Israeli occupation gunboats also fired dozens of shells towards the shore of Gaza City, while their artillery opened fire towards Palestinian homes in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of the city, and the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.

These ongoing attacks come just two days after massive war crimes committed by the Israeli forces, who invaded the al-Nusseirat refugee camp along with US troops and killed at least 200 civilians (many bodies are still being uncovered from beneath the rubble), in an invasion to free 4 of the remaining Israeli hostages being held by Palestinian resistance factions. This came after Israeli authorities repeatedly rejected Palestinian offers for ceasefires and hostage exchanges.

Israel has now killed at least 37,124 Palestinians and injured more than 84,712, mostly women, children, and elderly, in addition to the thousands who remain under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings, on destroyed streets and in alleys, across the coastal enclave, since October 7, 2023.
