On Monday, Day 263 of the ongoing genocide, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including children and women, in various parts of the coastal enclave.

Medical sources at the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, said a child died from hunger, bringing the number of children who died due to similar conditions since October to 30.

The sources added that dozens of children are moved to the medical facility, which lacks basic supplies, food, and water, every single day, suffering from severe malnutrition.

Famine in northern Gaza has reached a critical level due to Israel’s refusal to allow the transfer of any food or medicine and is only allowing the delivery of wheat.

In related news, dozens of children with cancer were moved from northern Gaza to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, after coordination by various international humanitarian groups, and will soon be moved through the Karem Abu Salem (Kerem Shalom) Crossing to be admitted to Egyptian hospitals.

In Gaza City, the army continued the intense bombardment of various parts of the city, killing and wounding many Palestinians, including children and women.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said the army fired a missile at the Daraj Medical Center, east of Gaza City, killing two health workers, including Hani Al-Ja’farawi, the head of the Emergency Department in Gaza.

Eight Palestinians, including five humanitarian workers who oversaw the delivery of aid and food, were killed when the army bombarded the main UNRWA center in Gaza City.

In the Sabra neighborhood, in the center of Gaza City, the army fired missiles and shells at homes, killing seven Palestinians, in addition to killing two Palestinians in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of the city.

Also, Palestinian medics located the corpses of a Palestinian under the rubble of a home in the Sikka Street, east of Gaza’s Zeitoun neighborhood.

It is worth mentioning that the Israeli Air Force also fired missiles and live rounds at the area of the Nabulsi Junction and Sheikh Ejleen, southwest of Gaza City.

At least two Palestinians were killed and more than 25 were injured when the army bombardment a camp for displaced families, north of Gaza City.

In central Gaza, the army fired missiles at the Al-Boreij refugee camp, wounding many Palestinians, including a woman and members of her family.

Many injuries, especially among children and women, were also reported when the army fired artillery shells at residential buildings in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp, in central Gaza.

In Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part, the Israeli army fired barrages of artillery shells at various areas in the western part of the city.

The army also wired and detonated a second residential bloc in the Saudi neighborhood, just one day after detonating another neighborhood.

On his account of X, the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said “The delivery of meaningful humanitarian assistance inside Gaza has become almost impossible. Civilians are starving. We call on all the parties to uphold their legal responsibilities & grant unimpeded humanitarian access.”

He added that “still no ceasefire 3 weeks after Biden’s proposal, humanitarian access still impeded, hostages still held captive, UN investigators still denied access. Recent UN reports point to serious war crimes which must be investigated. Spillover to Lebanon must be prevented.”

The Palestinian Health Ministry said the army committed three massacres against families in the last 24 hours in the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, among them 47 slain residents and 121 wounded who were moved to medical centers.

Israel has now killed at least 37.598 Palestinians and injured more than 86.032, mostly women, children, and elderly, in addition to the thousands who remain missing, largely under the rubble, in various parts of the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023.
