On Sunday, Day 317 of the ongoing genocide of the Palestinians in the devastated Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued the bombing and shelling of various parts of the coastal enclave, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians, including women and children. An Israeli army sharpshooter shot and injured Palestinian journalist, Salma Qaddoumi, in Khan Younis.

In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, the army fired missiles at two apartments in the Zayyan Building on Al-Hoja Street in the Jabalia refugee camp, killing more than four Palestinians and wounding many, while the rescue teams continue to search under the rubble.

Also, five Palestinians were killed, and fifteen were injured, when the army fired a missile at a home in the Nusseirat refugee camp, in central Gaza.

Medical sources said the army fired a missile at a home for the Sa’idi family in Bloc C of the refugee camp and added that the five slain Palestinians and the fifteen injured were moved to the Al-Awda Hospital in the refugee camp.

The sources also stated that four Palestinians were killed, and many were injured, including many children and women, when the army fired a missile at another home in the refugee camp.

Furthermore, many Palestinians, including children and women, were killed, and injured when the army fired missiles at several homes and areas, east of Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, before the medics rushed to the area and moved them to the Al-Aqsa Hospital.

Also, the army fired a missile at an apartment on Al-Mazra’a Street, in Deir Al-Balah, killing a Palestinian mother and her six children.

In Khan Younis, in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired live rounds at Palestinians near Hamad City, northwest of Khan Younis, killing one woman and wounding several Palestinians.

In Abasan Al-Kabira town, east of Khan Younis, the army killed four Palestinians and injured six after bombarding a home for the Mosbeh family.

In addition, an Israeli army sharpshooter shot Palestinian journalist, Salma Qaddoumi, in the back while reporting on the military invasion and bombing of northwestern Khan Younis.

An Israeli tank also accelerated towards a group of Palestinian journalists while firing barrages of live fire at them as they were running away in Khan Younis.

Two Palestinians were killed, and many were injured when an Israeli military drone fired a missile at Palestinians in the Shakoush area, northwest of Rafah, in Gaza’s southmost part.

The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters targeted more than ten Israeli soldiers with shells in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, south of Gaza City, while the Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad said it fired shells at soldiers and tanks in the All-Qarara town, north of Khan Younis.

Israel has now killed at least 40.099 Palestinians, including more than 16.365 children and 11.012 women, and injured more than 92.609, in addition to the thousands of Palestinians who remain under the rubble of bombarded homes and buildings, on destroyed streets and in alleys, in the devasted Gaza Strip, while medics and rescue teams remain unable to reach them.
