On Thursday, Day 335 of the ongoing Israeli genocide of the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles and shells killed and injured dozens of Palestinians across the devastated, starved, and besieged coastal enclave.


Update: Two Palestinians were killed, and several others were injured, after Israeli aircraft targeted an apartment belonging to the “Dahdouh” family in the “Ajjour” building, west of Gaza City.

In Rafah, in Gaza’s southernmost part, the army bombarded the Misbah area, east of the city, killing two Palestinians and wounding many.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that Israel is refusing to coordinate the entry of medical teams for the emergency polio vaccination campaign in areas east of Gaza.

Today, Thursday, was supposed to be the first day of the campaign in the southern governorates of the Gaza Strip, which have a large percentage of children and the displaced families who fled various parts of the coastal region.

The Health Ministry appealed to all international and human rights groups to urgently intervene to ensure the success of the vaccination campaign and reach all children in their locations.


Sep 5, 2024, at 10:20: Medical sources said the army fired a missile at tents housing displaced families near the Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al-Balah, in central Gaza, killing at least four Palestinians and wounding many, including children and women.

The sources added that at least one Palestinian was killed and ten were injured when the army fired a missile at a tent housing displaced Palestinians in the Al-Mawasi area, in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip.

In addition, the army fired artillery shells at the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City, and Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of the city, causing many casualties.

Also, at least three Palestinians were killed, and many were injured when the army fired shells at an area near the Zeitoun School, in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, before they were transferred to the Baptist Hospital in the city.

The Israeli army also wired and detonated many homes and buildings in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.

It is worth mentioning that the army fired barrages of live rounds and many artillery shells at many areas in the coastal enclave, especially in Gaza City, Deir Al-Balah, Nusseirat, Khan Younis, and Rafah.

One of the targeted areas in Khan Younis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, was Abasan town, east of the city, where the army bombarded many homes.

The army also fired many missiles and shells at homes and buildings in Rafah, in Gaza’s southernmost part.

Earlier reports from the Gaza Strip indicated that 23 Palestinians, including women and children, were killed, and dozens were injured, due to Israeli missile and artillery strikes across various areas of the Gaza Strip since the early hours of Wednesday.

Israel has now killed at least 40,861 Palestinians and injured more than 94,398, mostly children and women, in addition to the thousands who remain under the rubble in various parts of the destroyed Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023.

Since last Wednesday, August 28, the Israeli army launched a wide-scale offensive on the West Bank, especially the northern parts, killing 40 citizens, including 21 from Jenin Governorate, 8 from Tulkarem, 8 from Tubas, and 3 from Hebron, raising the total number of slain Palestinians in the West Bank since October 7, 2023, to 700.
