As the Israeli onslaught on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip entered its 96th day, Israeli missiles and shells killed dozens of Palestinians and injured hundreds in several parts of the coastal enclave.

The army fired shells at Palestinian farmers east of Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, killing three and wounding many others while tending to their lands and trying to feed their families amidst the constant Israeli war, the massive destruction, and the resulting famine.

The Israeli army also fired several missiles at the Islamic University of Gaza, turning it into rubble, and causing several casualties.

In Gaza City, Israeli missiles killed at least one Palestinian and injured five after the army targeted a car in the Rimal neighborhood, in addition to killing eight Palestinians and wounding many others in the Zeitoun neighborhood.

Also in Gaza, Israeli soldiers opened fire at Palestinians fleeing their homes on the Coastal Road in the Sheikh Ejleen area, southwest of the city, killing at least six and wounding many others.

Slain Journalist Hiba Al-Abadleh

In addition, the army fired a missile at the home of Palestinian journalist Hiba ِAl-Abadleh, in Gaza, killing her and her daughter.

The army fired dozens of shells and missiles at many homes and buildings in the Al-Waha and As-Sudaniyya area and the outskirts of the Shati’ refugee camp in Gaza City, in addition to area near the shores of the city and the southern parts of the coastal enclave, causing many casualties.

In Jabalia, in northern Gaza, dozens of Palestinians, largely women and children, were killed and injured when the army fired missiles at two homes in the city.

In the Nusseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, Israeli drones injured many Palestinians, some seriously.

In Deir Al-Balah city, in the central Gaza Strip, Israeli missiles killed and injured many Palestinians in a home in the Deir Al-Balah refugee camp.

Furthermore, the army fired many shells at homes in the Al-Boreij and the Al-Maghazi refugee camps in central Gaza, killing at least 20, mainly women and children, and wounding many.

In Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, at least two Palestinians were killed, and many were injured by an Israeli missile that struck a home in the city.

In addition, Israeli military sharpshooters also killed four Palestinians and injured several others in the center of Khan Younis city.

It is worth mentioning that the army fired barrages of artillery shells at all eastern and southern areas of Khan Younis, killing and wounding dozens of Palestinians; most of them have fled their homes in the northern Gaza Strip and Gaza City, seeking shelter in Khan Younis.

In Rafah, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, the army fired a missile at a home for the Nofal family in the western part of the city, killing fifteen and wounding dozens, mostly children and women.

Slain Jounalist Sharif Okasha

In addition, an Israeli army sharpshooter killed another Palestinian journalist, Sharif Okasha, in Gaza, bringing the number of slain journalists to 110.

Over the past week, Palestinian fighters destroyed or damaged dozens of Israeli military vehicles and tanks, killing at least twenty soldiers.

On its part, the Israeli army said a soldier was killed in southern Gaza, bringing the number of soldiers since the beginning of the ground offensive on Gaza on October 27, 2023, to 192.

After Israel committed twelve massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing 126 and wounding 241 in less than 24 hours, the number of slain Palestinians has now exceeded 23.357, in addition to 59.410 injured, thousands seriously, since October 7.

In the West Bank, Israeli soldiers and paramilitary colonizers have killed 341 Palestinians and injured hundreds since October 7.
