The Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) has reported that fifteen detainees in Israeli prisons and detention camps are ongoing with the hunger strike, protesting their continued arbitrary Administrative Detention, without charges or trial.
The PPS stated that the detainees are demanding to be released, as they are not facing any charges and are held under the Administrative Detention orders, especially since these orders are and can be renewed at any time without trial.
The PPS added that the hunger-striking detainees are imprisoned in the Negev Detention Camp, in addition to Ramon and Majeddo prisons, and that most of them have spent years behind bars during their repeated abductions and imprisonment.
