The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released its daily statistical report on casualties resulting from ongoing Israeli violations in the Gaza Strip for Monday, December 22, 2025.
Hospitals in Gaza received 12 bodies over the past 48 hours, including four people recently killed and eight whose remains were recovered from beneath destroyed buildings. Medical teams also treated seven injuries during the same period.

Four Palestinians died following the collapse of a damaged building during recent severe weather, raising the number of weather-related buildings‑collapse fatalities to 15.
The ministry said that an unknown number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, where ambulance and civil defense crews are still unable to reach them due to the scale of destruction and ongoing restrictions.
