Medical sources in Gaza reported Thursday that the death toll from Israel’s genocide against the Palestinians in the devastated Gaza Strip has surpassed 69,500, with the majority of victims being children and women.

Since October 7, 2023, over 170,800 people have been injured, and many remain trapped under rubble as civil defense crews struggle to reach them.

In the past 24 hours alone, 33 Palestinians were killed—including 12 children and 8 women—and 88 others wounded.

These casualties occurred despite the “ceasefire agreement” announced on October 11, 2025, which has been repeatedly violated by Israeli forces.

Since the ceasefire, 312 Palestinians have been killed and 760 injured, while 572 bodies have been recovered from destroyed buildings.

Israeli airstrikes continue to target densely populated areas, including Gaza City and Khan Younis, where hospitals are overwhelmed and rescue operations are severely hindered by fuel shortages and damaged infrastructure.

Humanitarian agencies warn that the situation is deteriorating rapidly, with food, water, and medical supplies running critically low.

The international community remains unable to enforce the ceasefire or protect civilians amid escalating violations and humanitarian collapse.
