Following a deadly series of attacks Saturday that killed 14 Palestinian civilians, Israeli forces continued their ongoing violations of the October 11, 2025 ceasefire on Sunday, killing 4 Palestinian civilians with live gunfire. Also, the baby Mohammad Wissam Abu Harbeid, aged two months, in Gaza City, died due to the severe cold.

Medical sources announced Sunday that the death toll from Israeli occupation gunfire in the Gaza Strip has risen to 4 killed since dawn.

The sources explained that those killed were distributed as follows: two in the southern Gaza Strip, two in the northern Gaza Strip, and one who died from earlier injuries.

One of those killed was shot for allegedly crossing the invisible ‘yellow line’ set up by Israeli forces, which has severed the already tiny Gaza Strip in two, with Palestinians who live across the Israeli-declared line unable to return to their land.

A source at the Baptist Hospital confirmed Sunday morning that a Palestinian was killed by Israeli occupation forces outside of their areas of deployment in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City. A source at Nasser Hospital also reported that two Palestinians were killed by Israeli military gunfire inside their deployment areas in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis in the south.

Ambulance crews recovered 3 people injured by Israeli occupation bullets in Jabalia camp, in addition to several injured people from Beit Lahia, and another injured person from Jabalia City in the northern Gaza Strip.

Israeli raids also targeted these areas: east Rafah, Khan Yunis and Al-Bureij Camp. Israeli forces shelled the minaret of Abu Madin Mosque in Al-Bureij Camp, central Gaza Strip, with an artillery shell.

Israeli naval boats opened fire towards the western areas of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

According to medical sources, the death toll from the Israeli occupation’s aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,412 killed and 171,314 injured since October 7, 2023, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them until now.

The sources indicated that the total number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire was declared on October 11th has risen to 442, and the total number of injuries to 1,236, while 688 bodies have been recovered. No Israelis have been killed by Palestinians since the ceasefire was declared, and Palestinian officials have repeatedly pointed out the one-sided nature of the violations, with Israel killing hundreds of Palestinians with complete impunity and in direct violation of agreements.

Meanwhile, influenza is besieging Gaza and striking those exhausted by war. In the Gaza Strip, hospitals and health centers are recording thousands of daily cases of severe respiratory symptoms, most notably high fever, persistent coughing, and shortness of breath, amid overcrowded tents and shelters and the absence of even the most basic preventive measures.

Doctors in the sector confirm that this winter’s influenza is more severe than in previous years due to malnutrition, weakened immunity, and the lack of essential medicines such as fever reducers and antibiotics.
Children, the elderly, and patients with chest and kidney diseases are the most affected, with serious complications being recorded, including acute pneumonia, while hospitals are operating at near-zero capacity, without sufficient fuel, beds, or oxygen devices.

Malak, an infant survivor of the Sabra massacre, was found in Rafah after being left unrecognized when incubators were moved from Al-Shifa hospital.

The paramedic who rescued her was later killed in an airstrike, leaving no trace of her family. Now three years old, she is cared for by Dr. Amal Abu Khatla, who still hopes her family will be found.Satellite imagery reveals that Israeli occupation forces have established a new military site atop the ruins of Al-Hajj Mohammed Cemetery in Ma’an, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, after fully bulldozing the graves. Also on Sunday, Israeli occupation forces released 12 Palestinian detainees, including a woman, who arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, with the coordination of the Red Cross.
