Updated: Israeli forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank at dawn on Tuesday, abducting numerous Palestinians, including siblings, and ransacking dozens of homes.
In Ramallah and its surrounding areas, in the central West Bank, Israeli troops abducted three young men and targeted multiple neighborhoods.
Media sources reported that Noor Mohammad Rihan and Ahmad Shahait were abducted after soldiers stormed their homes in Al-Amari refugee camp in Al-Bireh.
Meanwhile, Mohammad Issam Al-Qaisi was taken following an invasion of his home in Beitunia, west of Ramallah, where soldiers vandalized his belongings.
Israeli forces also invaded several neighborhoods in Al-Bireh, including Umm Al-Sharayet, Sateh Marhaba, and Al-Balou’, as well as Deir Qaddis village and Ni’lin towns, west of Ramallah.
In a related development, Israeli bulldozers demolished a memorial honoring slain Palestinians Emad and Adel Awadallah in Al-Bireh.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces stormed Ethna town and Doura city, west of Hebron, invading and ransacking homes, causing damage, and abducting several Palestinians, including Mo’taz Atef Awwad, Mohammad Amjad Tmeizi, Adam Khaled Awwad, Yousef Awwad, Adam Nihad Al-Batran, Mahmoud Ziad Al-Hittawi and former political prisoner, Kayed Fasfous.
Local sources reported that occupation forces invaded multiple neighborhoods and stormed a home near Al-‘Alam Junction, in Doura, where they detained and interrogated several Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.
Yasser Saleh, Director of the Education Department in Southern Hebron, stated that the school day was postponed until Israeli forces withdrew from the area to ensure students’ safety.
He also noted that Israeli forces routinely invade Doura during school hours, either as students head to class or leave for home. Since October 7, 2023, Israeli soldiers have killed 14 Palestinians from the town, most of them school students.
In Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, Israeli forces stormed several homes, abducted former political prisoner Mahmoud Bader Ekhlayyil, 40, and two siblings, Hmeidan Abu Mariya, 30, and Mohammad Na’im Abu Mariya, 21, while also confiscating their vehicle.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Beita town, south of the city, and subjected dozens of residents to field interrogations.
Local sources reported that occupation forces stormed the town at dawn, invaded numerous homes, and abducted Abdullah Abdel Ghaffar Ghazi Odeili.
Media sources reported that Israeli forces have transformed a storage facility in Beita into a field interrogation center, where detained residents from the town are being taken for questioning.
Furthermore, Israeli forces invaded Nablus city, stormed Askar Al-Jadid refugee camp, east of Nablus, and surrounded a home. The army also deployed drones during the invasion.
Media sources reported that Israeli forces abducted Sohaib Abu Kishik, Abed Shinnawi, and Mohannad Qamhiyya from their homes in the refugee camp.
The soldiers also invaded Azzoun town, east of the northern West Bank city of Qalqilia, before storming and violently searching homes.
