On Tuesday morning, Israeli occupation forces uprooted several dunams of Palestinian-owned land in the Umm Safa village, northwest of Ramallah, in the occupied central West Bank.
Marwan Sabah, head of the Umm Safa village council, stated that the Israeli military bulldozers leveled approximately three dunams of land in the Jabal ar-Ras area, east of the village.
He noted that Israeli forces uprooted dozens of fruit-bearing trees and destroyed a water well belonging to Palestinian resident Khaled Allan in the targeted area.
Sabah also stated that Allan has been prevented from reaching his home in Jabal al-Ras for nearly two months, as it is located near an illegal colonialist outpost established on stolen Palestinian lands in mid-2023.
Like other villages northwest of Ramallah, Umm Safa has been subjected to ongoing Israeli military and settler attacks, targeting both the land and its residents.
