On Monday, Day 108 of the Israeli onslaught, the Israeli army continued the extensive bombing and shelling of various parts of Khan Younis in the southern part of the Gaza Strip and various areas of the besieged and impoverished coastal enclave, killing dozens of Palestinians and wounding hundreds, largely women and children.
Media sources said five Palestinians were killed and severely mutilated by an Israeli missile on Al-Qedra Street in Khan Younis, in addition to seven Palestinians who were killed by an Israeli missile nearby.
The sources added that a Palestinian father and his daughter from the Ghannam family were crushed to death by an Israeli military bulldozer destroyed a shed they sheltered in.

The army also bulldozed and demolished a building used as a gathered place for various social occasions for the Al-Aqqad family and 40 Palestinian homes for Palestinians from the family to the west of Khan Younis.
In addition, the Palestinians had to bury forty persons, including children and women, in a mass grave in the yard of Nasser Medical Center in Khan Younis after the army killed them in an earlier bombing of the city.
Furthermore, the soldiers invaded the Al-Kheir hospital, west of Khan Younis, before detaining and interrogating patients and staff.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said its lost contact with its teams in Khan Younis, due to ongoing Israeli invasion and bombing, and added that Israeli tanks are near the Al-Amal Hospital it runs in Khan Younis.
The World Health Organization (WHO) said it is “concerned about the continuation of combat near Al-Amal Hospital.”
It is worth mentioning that the Israeli army has been wagging massive bombings on hospitals and placement centers in Khan Younis since early dawn hours Monday, killing at least 50 and wounding dozens before they are moved to Nasser Hospital in the city.
The head of Nasser Medical Center in Khan Younis, Yousef Abu T’eima, said the hospital is filled with seriously wounded Palestinians.
In an interview with Al-Jazeera, Abu T’eima said all intensive care rooms are filled, added that there is no place to transfer the wounded Palestinians outside of Khan Younis, and that the hospital can only cover %3 of the wounded due to Israel’s bombing and destruction, and called for coordination to allow urgently needed medical supplies to reach the hospital.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said, according to initial reports and documentation, Israeli missiles and shells have killed 66 Palestinians and injured more than 100 in Khan Younis in since Sunday evening and added that dozens of slain and wounded Palestinians remain on the streets and under the rubble of bombarded areas, west of Khan Younis.

In northern Gaza, Israeli artillery shells killed two Palestinians and injured several others in the Zeitoun neighborhood.

Furthermore, one Palestinian was killed, and three were injured in the Tal Az-Za’tar area in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
The army also fired many missiles and shells at several areas in Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, causing many casualties.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, said its fighters targeted special Israeli forces with a shell in a building where they fortified themselves, south of Gaza City, and added that one of its sharpshooters killed a soldier southwest of Gaza City.
The Israeli army said it airlifted fifteen soldiers who were injured in exchanges of fire with Palestinian fighters in Khan Younis.
The number of officially declared deaths among the Israeli soldiers since October 7, 2023, is 535, including 200 who were killed in Gaza since the beginning of the ground offensive on October 27.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad, said its fighters destroyed an Israeli tank and armored bulldozer west of Khan Younis.
The Palestinian Health Ministry has reported that the Israeli army has killed at least 25.300 Palestinians and injured more than 63.000, mostly women and children, in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, in addition to the about 7.000 Palestinians who remain missing and buried under the rubble and those who were killed in the streets and remained there due to the constant Israeli bombing and shelling.
