Israeli occupation forces have maintained their intensified military offensive in the city of Tulkarem and Tulkarem refugee camp for the 59th consecutive day, as well as in the Nur Shams refugee camp for the 46th day. The attacks have been characterized by heightened military presence, extensive reinforcements, destruction of homes, infrastructure and property, and systematically forced displacement of civilians.
The military aggression in Tulkarem and its refugee camps has escalated, with large convoys of machinery and bulldozers deployed under a strict siege.
The occupation forces abducted several individuals earlier today during home invasions in the city and its outskirts.
Among those identified are Fares Amer Fares, Ahmad Eyad Abu Salah from the eastern quarter of the city, Suhaib Marouf from Thannaba suburb, and Qassim Sultan Alaria from Ektaba suburb. The invasions involved widespread searches, property damage, and vandalism.
In the Tulkarem refugee camp, remaining families in the Al-Hadaida and Al-Rabaia neighborhoods were forcibly displaced.
Israeli occupation forces expelled residents from their homes as displacement surges continue in the camp’s outer areas, particularly in neighborhoods such as Al-Hadaida, Al-Matar, Al-Rabaia, Qaqoun, and Marba’at Hanoun, where residents endure severe restrictions.
In the Nur Shams refugee camp, military reinforcements were dispatched to Jabal Al-Nasr. The camp remains under intense siege, with dozens of homes occupied by the invading soldiers who converted them into military installations following the forced displacement of residents.
Meanwhile, the northern neighborhood of the city near Nablus Street has witnessed the seizure of 10 residential buildings containing multiple apartments, after displacing the families. These properties were evacuated, designated as military installations, and the area was declared a closed military zone.
The occupation army has increased its presence on Nablus Street, erecting dirt barriers to block sections and implementing measures to disrupt vehicular movement. Temporary roadblocks have been set up, halting vehicles for searches and prolonged detention of passengers while verifying their identities.
At dawn, occupation forces invaded Ramin, east of Tulkarem, deploying infantry units throughout the town and its surrounding fields, accompanied by reinforcements from the Anabta checkpoint.
The ongoing military offensive in the Tulkarem governorate has led to the killing of 13 citizens, including a child and two women, one of whom was eight months pregnant.
Additionally, dozens of individuals have been injured and abducted, while over 4,000 families from Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, alongside several families from the city’s northern neighborhood, have been forcibly displaced.
The aggression has inflicted significant damage to infrastructure, homes, businesses, and vehicles. In Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, 396 homes have been destroyed, while 2,573 have sustained partial damage. Entrances and alleys in these camps have also been blocked by dirt barriers.
