On Monday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted dozens of Palestinians from Nablus, in the occupied West Bank’s northern part.

Media sources said many army vehicles invaded Nablus from several directions, before storming and ransacking many homes and buildings.

They added that the soldiers abducted Mohammad Al-Ashqar, from his home in Hittin Street, in the city, after storming the property and ransacking it.

The soldiers invaded and violently searched many homes in several areas, including Hittin Street, Al-Quds Street, and Ta’awon Street, and interrogated scores of Palestinians while inspecting their ID cards.

The soldiers also interrogated and abducted dozens of Palestinian workers from the Gaza Strip, who were staying in Nablus, and burnt their belongings before moving them to an unknown destination.

Eyewitnesses said the soldiers assaulted and injured many workers, staying on the grounds of the Nablus Soccer field in the city, before abducting them.

In addition, the soldiers confiscated a Palestinian car in the Hittin Street area and invaded a Printing Office, owned by Bilal Awartani before violently searching it, causing serious damage.
