Israeli forces abducted, on Wednesday, eight Palestinians, including a woman and a child in the central West Bank governorates of Salfit, Ramallah, and Occupied Jerusalem.

Salfit

On Wednesday morning, Israeli forces invaded and ransacked the homes of Naeem Hassan Marei, Islam Ismail Marei, and Omar Othman Assi, before abducting them in the town of Qarawat Bani Hassan, northwest of Salfit.

Ramallah

Israeli soldiers abducted, on Wednesday, a Palestinian child, Ashraf Zaki Al-Miqdadi, 16, from the Al-Amari refugee camp in the city of Ramallah.

Meanwhile, the army invaded and searched the homes of the woman, Lamis Mansour, Firas Abdel Hamid Mansour, 38, and Bahaa Nidal Jabareen, before abducting them from the village of Deir Ibzi’, west of Ramallah.

It is important to mention that Lamis Mansour is the wife of the slain Palestinian man, Mujahid Barakat Mansour, who was killed on March 22, when a combat helicopter forces fired two missiles at him after an alleged shooting attack.

Occupied Jerusalem

On Wednesday night, assaulted and abducted an unidentified Palestinian young man near the Bab Al-Sahira (Flowers Gate), one of the main gates to the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.

Media sources added that the army stormed the Al-Qibli prayer hall, in the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound and forcibly removed Palestinian Muslim worshipers from the compound.

According to the Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), Israeli forces have abducted 7,820 Palestinians since the beginning of the military onslaught against the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
