On Monday, Israeli occupation forces invaded Tammun town, located south of Tubas in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank, and abducted five Palestinians.

Kamal Bani Odah, head of the Tubas office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS), reported that several military vehicles entered the town before soldiers stormed and ransacked numerous homes.

Bani Odah added that the soldiers abducted Mustafa Bisharat to pressure his son into surrendering to the army.

The other abductees were identified as Samara Bani Odah, Ahmad Bani Odah, Sayyaf Bani Odah, and Odai Bisharat. All were taken hostage to coerce their brothers into surrendering to the military.

It is worth noting that the invasion began late Sunday night, with Israeli forces conducting extensive and violent searches of homes, which continued until the early hours of Monday.
