On Wednesday dawn, Israeli soldiers abducted fourteen Palestinians from several parts of the occupied West Bank, including two who were abducted in Jenin after the army also killed a young man. The army also confiscated a Palestinian car.
In Bethlehem, the soldiers invaded the al-Azza refugee camp, north of the city, searched homes, and abducted a young man, Ahmad Nasr Qaraqe’.
The soldiers also invaded ‘Aida refugee camp, Beit Jala city, Al-Khader town, and at-Ta’amra village near Bethlehem, and searched homes.
In Hebron, in the southern part of the West Bank, the soldiers invaded and searched homes in the city, and abducted Ramzi Rajabi.
The soldiers also detained Sami Hafeth al-Hreini for a few hours and released him after confiscating his car.
In Silwad town, east of the central West Bank city of Ramallah, the soldiers stormed and ransacked many homes and abducted six Palestinians, including four former political prisoners.
The abducted Palestinians are former political prisoner Taher Akram Hamed, 25, former political prisoner Mahmoud Ali Hamed, 21, former political prisoner Abada Husam Hammad, 20, former political prisoner Mohannad Abdul-Halim Shabrawi, 25, Jom’a Awad Hammad and Ismael Rateb Hammad.
In Nablus, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers abducted three university students, Amir Shalhoub, Ehab Ashour, and Mohammad Salama.
The soldiers also abducted a young man, Osama Mo’in Hussein, after stopping him at a sudden military roadblock on the main road of Azzoun town, east of Qalqilia, in the northern part of the West Bank.
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the soldiers killed a young man, Mohammad Maher Nafe’ Mer’ey, 25, after shooting him with a live round in the heart.
During the invasion of Jenin and Jenin refugee camp, the soldiers also abducted Yahia Yousef al-Ja’far and Ahmad As’ad Nabhan from Al-Marah Street in Jenin city.
