On Wednesday, Israeli soldiers abducted two Palestinian women, including a journalist, near Tulkarem and Nablus in the northwestern and northern parts of the occupied West Bank.

According to media sources, the soldiers set up a sudden military roadblock near Jabara Bridge, at the southern entrance of Tulkarem, where they stopped and searched numerous Palestinian vehicles.

During the operation, the soldiers abducted Binan Jamal Abu Al-Haija, a lawyer who was traveling in a taxi from Ramallah, in the central West Bank.

Additionally, Israeli forces detained journalist Hanin Qaqareeq while she was crossing the Awarta military checkpoint, south of Nablus, before transferring her to an undisclosed location.

The incident is part of a broader pattern of Israeli military actions targeting Palestinian civilians, including journalists and professionals, across the occupied territories.
