In various areas of the occupied West Bank, on Saturday, Israeli forces abducted two Palestinians, assaulted another, and injured dozens during their numerous military incursions.

Jenin

    On Saturday evening, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man near Nablus and assaulted another in Jenin, both in the northern West Bank.

    At the Za’atara military roadblock, south of Nablus, the army abducted the young man, Muhammad Raed Arqawi, 22, from the vehicle he was traveling in.

    Meanwhile, west of Jenin, in the northern West Bank, Israeli soldiers assaulted a 30-year-old citizen of the Jenin governorate at the Barta’a military roadblock.

    According to eyewitnesses, the soldiers brutally beat the young man, confiscated his cell phone, searched it and destroyed it; the young man was transported to a medical center in Arraba.

    After midnight on Sunday, Israeli forces invaded several towns and villages in the Jenin governorate, fired flares in the sky, and continue to occupy a Palestinian-owned home in the village of Jalboun.

    The army stormed the village of Rummana, At-Tayba, ‘Anin, and Zububa, all northwest of Jenin, and carried out a search campaign.

Tubas

    In the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank, Israeli forces abducted a Palestinian young man at a military roadblock near the town of Aqaba, northwest of Tubas.

    According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society in Tubas, Israeli forces abducted Ahmed Ziyad Abu Arra, when he tried to pass through the “Atuf Gate” military roadblock east of Tammun.

Ramallah

    Late Saturday afternoon, Israeli forces erected a flying military roadblock and detained a child near the Al-Jalazoun refugee camp, north of Ramallah in the central West Bank.

    Media sources said that soldiers stopped several citizens’ vehicles and detained a child on the side of the road.

    On Saturday night, the army invaded the town of Ni’lin, west of Ramallah, and caused many citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.

    According to Imad Al-Khawaja, the head of the People’s Committee in Ni’lin, Israeli forces stormed the town, fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, causing dozens to sustain inhalation injuries.

    After midnight on Sunday, many Israeli vehicles stormed the village of Beit Sira, west of Ramallah, sparking protests.

    Soldiers fired concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters at those who resisted the incursion, with no reports of injuries.
