Israeli occupation forces bulldozed Palestinian agricultural lands on Wednesday evening in the town of Arraba, south of Jenin in the northern part of the occupied West Bank, as part of ongoing efforts to expand colonial control in the area.
Local sources reported that military bulldozers began leveling lands at the northern entrance of the town, along the road leading to the nearby town of Ya’bad.
They added that the Israeli army issued notices to bulldoze additional areas for colonial expansion, though the exact size of the targeted lands remains unknown.

Residents expressed deep concern over what they described as a renewed colonial plan targeting the lands of Arraba and Ya’bad.
Earlier this year, in February, Israeli forces forced Palestinian residents to leave areas surrounding the former “Arraba Military Camp,” which the army evacuated in 2005, in what locals believe was preparation for reestablishing the military site or establishing a colony in its place.
Since that time, Israeli bulldozers have continued to level lands around the former military camp, install mobile homes, and place barbed‑wire fencing, in a pattern residents say reflects a broader effort to seize additional Palestinian land and entrench new colonial infrastructure.
