Israeli occupation forces continue their military assault on Tubas Governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s northeastern part for the fourth consecutive day.
Reports indicate that the army is still invading the city of Tubas, the town of Aqqaba to the north, and the village of Tayasir to the east, after withdrawing from the town of Tammun yesterday morning and from Al-Far’a camp last night.
Kamal Bani Odah, Director of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society (PPS) in Tubas, the army detained 29 young men in Al-Far’a camp, later releasing all but one, Adham Mohammed Al-Ayidi.
Last night witnessed a large campaign of home raids in Tubas, with some houses being used as military outposts.
Since the beginning of the assault on the governorate, medical teams have treated more than 166 cases of assault injuries, with about 60 transferred to hospital for treatment. The PPS recorded around 200 abductions; most of whom have since been released.

Meanwhile, the occupation continues to enforce a curfew across the governorate, forcing the Palestinians to remain in their homes.
The number of injured due to the Israeli occupation forces’ attack since the beginning of the aggression on Tubas Governorate has risen to at least 130 injured.
