For 57 consecutive days, the Israeli army has continued its military offensive in Tulkarem city and Tulkarem refugee camp, located in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank. The aggression has also persisted for 44 days in the Nur Shams refugee camp, accompanied by military reinforcements and the forced displacement of thousands of Palestinians.
Israeli forces deployed additional military vehicles, heavy bulldozers, and more troops to Tulkarem city and its refugee camps after midnight. Helicopters and surveillance drones were seen flying over the area.
The army stationed its vehicles around the Nur Shams refugee camp and in the Al-Manshiyya area, enforcing a tight siege.
Soldiers seized dozens of Palestinian homes, forcibly evicting their residents and converting the properties into military outposts.
Israeli forces have continued to intimidate the remaining residents of several neighborhoods in Tulkarem refugee camp to leave their homes, threatening to demolish or burn them while the occupants are still inside.
This has particularly affected neighborhoods on the outskirts, including Al-Hadaida, Al-Matar, Al-Rabai’a, Qaqoun, and Marba’at Hanoun, triggering a wave of forced displacement.
The Israeli occupation army also invaded the Shweika suburb, north of Tulkarem, and the Thannaba suburb to the east, patrolling streets and neighborhoods while obstructing the movement of vehicles and residents.
Simultaneously, Israeli forces seized more than eight residential buildings near the Department of Motor Vehicles in the northern neighborhood adjacent to Nablus Street in Tulkarem.
These buildings, containing dozens of apartments, were forcibly evacuated and turned into military outposts. The area has since been declared a closed military zone.
The army intensified its presence along Nablus Street, closing parts of it with earth mounds and implementing measures that restrict movement.
Soldiers stopped vehicles, conducted searches, and detained passengers for extended periods while inspecting their identification documents.
The ongoing Israeli escalation in Tulkarem city and its refugee camps has resulted in the killing of 13 Palestinians, including a child and two women—one of whom was eight months pregnant. Dozens of others have been injured or abducted.
The Israeli onslaught has also displaced more than 24,000 residents from Tulkarem and Nur Shams refugee camps, along with dozens of families from the city’s northern neighborhood.
The aggression has caused widespread destruction, severely damaging infrastructure, homes, shops, and vehicles. Many properties have been completely or partially demolished, burned, or looted. Entrances to the refugee camps and their alleys remain blocked by earth mounds and barriers.
For 63 consecutive days, the Israeli army has continued its military offensive in Jenin city and Jenin refugee camp, in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
Furthermore, Israeli soldiers invaded and ransacked dozens of homes throughout the occupied West Bank, causing significant damage before abducting dozens of Palestinians.
On the seventh day of renewed Israeli military onslaught in the starved, besieged, and devastated Gaza Strip, relentless bombing and shelling by the Israeli army resulted in the deaths and injuries of dozens of Palestinians.
