On Tuesday, Israeli soldiers demolished two Palestinian homes in the Samu’ town, south of Hebron, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.

Media sources said several military vehicles and bulldozers invaded the Khallet Nayyas area in the town, and demolished two homes, inhabited by two siblings, Ahmad and Fathi Ismael Farhoud, and their families.

One of the demolished homes was a one-story building of 140 square meters, while the second home consisted of two floors of 320 square meters.

The Israeli army claimed that homes, licensed by the local council, were not permitted by the so-called “Civil Administration Office,” run by the Israeli occupation army in the West Bank.

In related news, the army bulldozed farmlands and stone retaining walls in the town.

The town has been subject to escalating Israeli violations targeting the locals, their homes, their farmlands and their livestock, to displace the Palestinians for the benefit of the illegal construction and expansion of Israeli colonies and outposts.

Earlier Tuesday, Israeli soldiers invaded Wadi Fukin village, located west of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, and demolished a Palestinian home.
