Israeli forces demolished two residential buildings, on Monday, after invading the town of Birzeit, north of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.
Media sources reported that occupation forces demolished two residential buildings belonging to the citizen Karim Salama al-Nabali, in the “Ein al-Saqi” area of Birzeit.
The demolished four-story buildings, with each floor measuring 250 square-meters, were inhabited by Palestinian citizens, who have become displaced as a result of the policies of the Israeli occupation.
According to the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, occupation forces carried out 155 demolitions against Palestinian property in July 2026, while issuing 51 demolition orders against others in the Bethlehem and Hebron governorates, in the southern West Bank.
Among the structures destroyed by Israeli forces, 39 inhabited homes and 99 agricultural facilities were affected, targeting the Qalqilia and Jerusalem governorates.
In related news, Israeli forces demolished two Palestinian-owned houses in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
Occupation forces stormed the New Nablus area of the city, accompanied by a military bulldozer, and proceeded to knock down the two-story house belonging to the citizen Omar Saad.
Additionally, occupation bulldozers demolished the three-story house belonging to the citizen Fadi Nasser; the building was under construction.
