Israeli forces demolished two Palestinian-owned homes on Monday in Nablus, in the northern occupied West Bank.
Media sources said Israeli soldiers, accompanied by a military bulldozer, invaded the New Nablus area of the city and carried out the demolitions.
The army demolished a two-story home owned by Omar Sa’ad. Each floor measured approximately 200 square meters.
Israeli forces also demolished an unfinished three-story home belonging to Fadi Nasser, with each floor measuring about 200 square meters.
Monday’s demolitions are part of ongoing Israeli measures targeting Palestinian homes and property across the occupied West Bank.
According to the Wall and Colonization Resistance Commission, Israeli authorities carried out 70 demolition operations during July, targeting 155 Palestinian properties, including 39 inhabited homes and 99 agricultural facilities. The largest number of demolitions was recorded in Qalqilia in the northwestern West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
The commission added that Israeli authorities issued 51 demolition notices during the same period, primarily targeting areas in Bethlehem and Hebron in the southern West Bank.
