Three Palestinians were killed and 21 others injured as Israel continued its attacks on the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Health Ministry reported on Sunday.
In its daily statistical report, the ministry said hospitals across the besieged coastal enclave received three bodies and admitted 21 wounded Palestinians during the reporting period.
The ministry said Israeli forces had violated the “ceasefire” agreement in Gaza, brokered by Arab and US mediators, for the 346th consecutive day.
According to reports from Gaza on Sunday, Israeli forces carried out additional ceasefire violations across the enclave, including tank and military-vehicle fire, artillery shelling, the demolition of homes, and attacks on tents and shelters housing displaced families.
A Palestinian woman was seriously injured after Israeli forces shot her in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, while a child was injured by Israeli drone fire east of the Al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza. Israeli navy boats also opened fire toward Palestinian fishers off the coast near Az-Zahra, in central Gaza.

In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza, Israeli military vehicles opened heavy fire toward southern areas of the city as helicopters fired on eastern neighborhoods and artillery shells struck southern areas.
In Gaza City, Israeli navy boats opened fire toward the coast as tanks fired heavily at eastern areas. Israeli helicopters also opened fire over locations in the eastern and northern Gaza Strip.
Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis reported that Israeli forces shot and injured three Palestinians, including two children, outside the Israeli military’s deployment zones in the southern Gaza Strip. The wounded Palestinians were taken to the hospital for treatment; no further information about their conditions was immediately available.
Israeli helicopters also opened fire near Al-Alam Roundabout, south of the Al-Mawasi area of Rafah, in southern Gaza. Before dawn, Israeli forces fired smoke and illumination flares into the eastern part of the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza.
Separately, Gaza’s Government Media Office announced an emergency plan to evacuate and demolish about 255 structurally unsafe buildings that pose a threat to residents and displaced families. The Public Works and Housing Ministry is coordinating the effort with other government agencies and international organizations, while officials work to issue evacuation notices, mark hazardous sites, and arrange temporary shelter despite severe shortages of funding, heavy equipment, and safe land.

Government teams are surveying the buildings and identifying families at risk, but officials said some occupants and building managers have resisted evacuation or limited access. An Egyptian committee has offered transportation to move displaced families to designated shelters, while authorities appealed for community cooperation to prevent further loss of life.
The attacks were part of continuing Israeli violations across the Gaza Strip despite the “ceasefire.”
The escalation comes amid continuing disputes over implementing the ceasefire’s second phase, despite understandings reached in July 2026. On July 31, 2026, US President Donald Trump announced that a “new agreement” had been reached to begin the second phase of a Gaza “roadmap.” Israeli attacks and ceasefire violations have nevertheless continued across the enclave.
According to the Health Ministry, Israeli attacks have killed 1,393 Palestinians and injured 4,822 others since the ceasefire took effect on October 11, 2025. The ministry added that rescue teams recovered 831 bodies from beneath the rubble during the same period.
The ministry added that Israeli attacks have killed 73,910 Palestinians and injured 174,935 others in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023. It published the figures on September 20, 2026.
