On Monday, illegal Israeli colonizers assaulted a Palestinian child in the Northern Plains of the occupied West Bank.

Human Rights activist Afef Daraghma stated that the colonizers assaulted the child, Mosab Anwar Sawafta, causing cuts and bruises.

He said that the child was herding his family’s sheep in an area, west of Bardala village, in the Northern Plains, when the colonizers invaded the area and assaulted him.

For more than 18 months now, the area has been subject to frequent violations by the colonizers against the Palestinians and their property, including physical assaults, the destruction of crops and the theft of their livestock.

In related news, Israeli soldiers assaulted a Palestinian youth, and seized several vehicles at the main entrance of al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya village, south of the northern West Bank city of Nablus.

Furthermore, the soldiers abducted two Palestinian citizens, while illegal paramilitary colonizers carried out an assault on a home in the Hebron governorate, in the occupied West Bank’s southern part.
