Late Saturday evening, a group of illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers attacked Palestinian homes and cars in Bruqin town, west of Salfit, in the central West Bank, causing damage.
Media sources said the colonizers invaded the town before attacking several homes and cars near the main street, causing damage and anxiety attacks among several Palestinians, especially children.
They added that Israeli soldiers were present with the colonizers and fired several live rounds and gas bombs at the Palestinians.
Considerable damage was reported to a few homes, especially the homes of Hikmat and Hakam Isamel, in addition to damage to at least one car.
In related news, many colonizers gathered at the main entrance to Deir Ballout town, west of Salfit, and closed it.
Furthermore, the colonizers invaded the Arab Al-Mleihat Bedouin community, northwest of Jericho, in the northeastern West Bank, and harassed many Palestinians.
It is worth mentioning that Israeli soldiers invaded Bruqin and Kafr Ed-Deek, west of Salfit, and abducted six Palestinians, including siblings.
Also, paramilitary Israeli colonizers attacked Palestinian Bedouin communities in the Central Plains and Jericho in the northeastern part of the occupied West Bank, causing damage.
On Wednesday, many illegal Israeli paramilitary colonizers attacked Palestinian shepherds and installed tents to establish a new outpost in the Al-Minya wilderness area, southeast of the West Bank city of Bethlehem.
Last Tuesday, an illegal Israeli colonizer stabbed a Palestinian shepherd while he was grazing his livestock in the Khirbet Ibziq area, north of Tubas in the northern Jordan Valley.
Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention states that the occupying power [Israel] is forbidden from transferring any part of its civilian population onto the land on which it occupies [Palestine].
All of Israel’s colonies in the occupied West Bank, including those in and around occupied East Jerusalem, are illegal under International Law, the Fourth Geneva Convention in addition to various United Nations and Security Council resolutions. They also constitute war crimes under International Humanitarian Law.
