On Monday night, paramilitary illegal Israeli colonizers attacked a medical vehicle of the Tulkarem governmental hospital transporting medicine and lab samples near Beita town, south of Nablus in the northern part of the occupied West Bank.
In a statement, the Palestinian Health Ministry said the vehicle was rushing urgent supplies of medicine and lab samples when the colonizers hurled stones at it, shattering its windshield and windows.
The Health Ministry added that the attack caused a significant delay in the arrival of the medicine and lab supplies and anxiety attacks among the team transporting them.
It also denounced another attack targeting a Palestinian Red Crescent Society ambulance earlier in the evening in Huwwara town, south of Nablus.
The Health Ministry said the escalating Israeli crimes and violations, especially the targeting of hospitals, medical centers, ambulances, and medical teams, are seriously escalating in Nablus and many parts of the occupied West Bank, and called on the international community to intervene and oblige Israel to respect and abide by all related international treaties.
