On Sunday, illegal paramilitary Israeli colonizers attacked two Palestinian shepherds in the Al-Mo’arrajat area, west of Jericho in the northeastern West Bank, and forced them to leave.
Hasan Mleihat, the Al-Baidar Organization for Defending Bedouin Rights coordinator, said at least twenty paramilitary colonizers invaded grazing lands, surrounded the two shepherds, and threatened to shoot them if they did not leave.
Mleihat added that the two shepherds, Esmat Ata Ka’abna and Mohammad Suleiman Ka’abna, had to leave the grazing lands to avoid more potentially deadly violence by the colonizers.
Also, illegal paramilitary colonizers chased several Palestinian shepherds in the Khirbat Makhoul area in the Northern Plains of the Jordan Valley.
It is worth mentioning that Al-Mo’arrajat is one of many areas northwest of Jericho, as well as several parts of the Jordan Valley and the Northern Plains, which are subject to frequent violations by the colonizers and the soldiers.
