An Israeli drone fired a missile killing six Palestinian young men in the village of Ash-Shuhada, southwest of Jenin in the northern occupied West Bank, after a large army force invaded the city.

At dawn Sunday, an Israeli drone strike killed six Palestinian young men, and critically injured another, in the village of Ash-Shuhada, southwest of Jenin in the northern West Bank.

The Ministry of Health announced that six Palestinian young men were killed and another was critically injured after an Israeli drone fired a missile at them.

According to Wissam Bakr, the director of the Jenin Governmental Hospital said that “Six martyrs arrived at the hospital, some of whom were in pieces as a result of an Israeli bombing that targeted them in the village of Ash-Shuhada.”

Eyewitnesses reported that the six slain young men were sitting on the edge of the sidewalk, while there were no confrontations occurring in the area.

They added that the bodies were scattered and stated that it was difficult to identify them directly.

The identities of the executed young men are;

Nabil Suleiman Asous, 18,

Hazza Najeh Asous, 26,

Alaa Najeh Asous, 29,

Ahmed Najeh Asous, 24,

Rami Najeh Asous, 22, and

Muhammad Yasser Musa Asous, 25.

According to medical sources at the Al-Razi Hospital in Jenin, the critically injured young man was identified as Wadih Asous.

The Fatah movement and National factions called for a comprehensive strike on Sunday, to mourn the souls of the six dead.

Before dawn on Sunday, several military vehicles, including a military bulldozer, invaded Jenin city from the Jenin-Nablus Street, sparking fierce protests from local resistance fighters.

Sharpshooters were positioned of the rooftops of homes and buildings adjacent to the camp, while reconnaissance drones circled the city’s airspace.

In the Al-Jabriyat neighborhood bulldozers razed many streets, while soldiers fired smoke bombs in the area.

Armed Palestinian resistance fighters exchanged heavy fire with the attacking army and detonated a crude explosive device, causing damage to a military jeep.


Israeli media reported that one border police officer was killed and three were injured, as a result of the resistance targeting the invading army in Jenin.

The report added that an attack helicopter fired at a group of resistance fighters who were hurling explosive devices at the soldiers, while the wounded soldiers were being evacuated.
