Israeli occupation forces carried out widespread invasions across the occupied West Bank early Monday, abducting dozens of Palestinians, including former political prisoners.
The soldiers broke into and searched dozens of homes, damaging property and household belongings. Local sources said the soldiers abducted many Palestinians and detained several other residents for hours, subjecting them to field interrogation.
At the same time, Israeli colonizers continued their attacks against Palestinians and their property, particularly in the Nablus and Hebron governorates in the northern and southern parts of the occupied West Bank.
Local sources said Israeli colonizers, operating under the protection and backing of Israeli forces, surrounded Palestinian homes and assaulted residents.
In Beit Imrin, northwest of Nablus, Israeli soldiers surrounded a home and abducted nine young men. Protests erupted after soldiers and Israeli colonizers invaded the village, while the army obstructed ambulance crews from reaching the affected areas.
In the Upper Dahia area, east of Nablus, Israeli forces broke into a home and abducted Mohammad al-Jarmi.
In Kafr Qalil, southeast of Nablus, the soldiers broke into another home and abducted Mohammad al-Rayyan, the brother of Nader Rayyan, 17, whom Israeli soldiers killed on March 15, 2022.

In Jalud, southeast of Nablus, Israeli colonizers surrounded a Palestinian family inside its home and assaulted other residents nearby, according to local sources.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces ordered Palestinians to evacuate an industrial facility and several commercial shops in Qusra, south of Nablus, and imposed a one-week closure.
The closure followed days of attacks and restrictions in Qusra, where Israeli colonizers besieged three Palestinian families in the Ras al-Ein area, blocked access to food, water and medicine, and cut water and electricity lines.
Israeli forces also seized 16 Palestinian homes and converted them into military barracks, while the UN Human Rights Office warned that the actions appeared intended to forcibly displace the families.

In the Tulkarem governorate, in the northwestern West Bank, a large Israeli military force invaded Zeita, north of Tulkarem city, and deployed along the town’s main street, positioning soldiers outside the village council building.
The soldiers also broke into commercial establishments and detained several young men, subjecting them to field interrogation. Local sources said the soldiers remained deployed in the area, with no abductions reported.
In Ramallah, in the central West Bank, Israeli forces invaded al-Mughayyir, northeast of the city, broke into numerous homes and abducted five young men: Suhaib Ismael Abu Alia, Anwar al-Bisi Abu Alia, Hamad Wahib Abu Alia, Yaqoub Eyad Abu Alia and Moataz Attaf Abu Alia.
In Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded Beit Jala, Doha and al-Khader, patrolled the streets and carried out additional abductions.

In the Wadi Jheish area, east of as-Samu’, south of Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded a home under construction and abducted several workers.
On Sunday night, Israeli soldiers shot a Palestinian near the Annexation Wall in ar-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.
Medical sources said the wounded young man, a resident of Beit Surik, northwest of Jerusalem, was shot in the leg and taken to the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, where his condition was described as stable.
In related news, Israeli soldiers invaded the town of Kifl Hares, north of Salfit in the central West Bank, restricted Palestinian residents’ movement, and escorted illegal Israeli colonizers into an archaeological site.
