Israeli forces abducted, on Tuesday night, five Palestinian young men from the Jordan Valley, in the northeastern West Bank, and occupied East Jerusalem, local sources reported.
According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the director of the Tubas office of the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society, Israeli soldiers abducted Mahmoud Tawfiq Saleh Sawafta, and confiscated his vehicle, while he was at a vegetable market near Bardala village, northeast of Tubas, in the Northern Jordan Valley.
Israeli soldiers abducted the Palestinian youth, Muhammad Nader Al-Bayaa, while he was present at the entrance to the illegal “Ma’ale Adumim” colony, east of occupied East Jerusalem.
Earlier Tuesday, a Palestinian young man, identified as Mohannad Mohammad Suleiman Al-Mazra’a, 20, from Al-Eizariya town, east of occupied Jerusalem, and shot 6 illegal Israeli settlers, before he was shot and killed.
Meanwhile, soldiers invaded, on Tuesday evening, Al-Eizariya town, stormed and searched the homes of family members of the accused “Ma’ale Adumim” shooter, and abducted his 2 brothers.
Occupation forces abducted the brothers of the slain man, Suleiman Al-Mazra’a and Moayad Al-Mazra’a.
According to the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs, occupation forces abducted the young man, Ammar Al-Rajabi, attempting to enter one of the gates leading to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, in the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem.
Furthermore, Israeli troops stormed towns and villages in the Bethlehem governorate, in the southern West Bank, invaded and searched civilian homes, without making any arrests.
