Israeli forces injured a Palestinian woman, stormed many homes, and continued its siege on the Al-Far’a refugee camp, southwest of Tubas in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
On Monday afternoon, Israeli forces injured a 42-year-old woman as a result of the occupation forces detonating the door of her home in the Al-Far’a refugee camp.
Ambulance crews reported that they transported a woman who sustained a shrapnel injury in the head, to the Turkish Tubas Governmental Hospital, in stable condition.
Asem Mansour, the head of the Al-Far’a camp services committee, told the WAFA News News Agency that occupation forces have been storming many citizens’ homes and forcing families to flee, turning their homes into military barracks.
Mansour added that since the morning the army has stormed and ransacked dozens of citizens’ homes, detonating the doors of several homes, forcibly displacing their citizens.
He emphasized that the humanitarian conditions in the camp are worsening with regards to the lack of water and food, after nine days of siege on the camp, while the army sends constant military reinforcements from the Hamra military roadblock.
Media sources reported that occupation forces have forced at least 1000 Palestinians to leave their homes in the Al-Far’a camp, Tubas, Tammun, and Aqaba, to escape from the Israeli aggression.
According to Azmi Balawneh, the Director of Education in Tubas, occupation forces stormed the kindergarten and vandalized its contents.
Media sources said that occupation forces have continued their siege on Al-Far’a camp for the ninth consecutive day, displacing dozens of families, and destroying infrastructure and citizens’ property.
In the same context, Israeli forces abducted a former prisoner after invading Tammun town, south of Tubas for the second time Monday, and storming several citizens’ homes.
According to Kamal Bani Odeh, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) in Tubas, reported that the army abducted the former prisoner, Mahmoud Salim Alian, 34, a resident of the Al-Far’a refugee camp.
Furthermore, at dawn Monday, the army invaded many homes in the town of Tammun, abducted a Palestinian teen, while bulldozers destroyed citizens’ property.
Media sources said that Israeli soldiers detonated the front door of the home of Yazan Samer Samara (17 years old), before ransacking his home and abducting him.
Sources added that military bulldozers destroyed citizens’ property before withdrawing from Tammun town.
