On Sunday, Israeli forces assaulted a Palestinian citizen and abducted another near Ramallah, and injured others near Hebron, in the central and southern parts of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded Nabi Saleh village, northwest of Ramallah, on Sunday night, assaulted a Palestinian citizen and stormed a vehicle repair garage.
Sources added that soldiers stopped a citizen’s vehicle, and assaulted the driver causing various injuries before he was transported to hospital for treatment.
The army also invaded and searched a vehicle repair garage in the village; no arrests or protests were reported.
Quds News Network reported that on Sunday morning, occupation forces stormed the town of Silwad, northeast of Ramallah, and invaded a citizen’s shop, causing damage.
QNN added that on Sunday afternoon, Israeli soldiers abducted a Palestinian youth in the village of Abu Shukhaydam, northwest of Ramallah.
Palestine TV reported that at midnight on Sunday/Monday, Israeli forces invaded the village of Shuqba, northwest of Ramallah; no protests or arrests were reported.
Meanwhile, in the southern West Bank, occupation forces stormed Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, on Sunday night.
Mohammad Awad, a local media activist, told the WAFA News Agency that soldiers positioned in the “Al-Litoun” and “Safa” areas of the town, and opened fire with concussion grenades and tear gas canisters, causing several citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
Furthermore, Israeli forces invaded the Al-Arroub refugee camp, north of Hebron, on Sunday night.
Media sources said that the army stormed the Al-Arroub refugee camp, fired live rounds, tear gas canisters, and concussion grenades in the alleys of the camp, resulting in citizens sustaining inhalation injuries from tear gas exposure.
In related news, the army invaded the Al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, on Sunday afternoon, sparking protests; no injuries were reported.
