On Thursday evening, Israeli occupation forces invaded Tura al-Gharbiya village, west of Jenin, in the northern West Bank, and caused a number of civilians to suffer inhalation injuries, according to local sources.
Tariq Qabha, head of the Tura village council said that the Israeli army stormed the village of Tura al-Gharbiya, which triggered protests among local Palestinian youths.
Soldiers responded to those who resisted the incursion by opening heavy fire of tear gas canisters, causing several citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
It was added that the army stormed Rummanah village, northwest of the city, and increased their presence in other towns and villages in the northern West Bank governorate of Jenin.
Israeli forces shot and killed, at dawn Friday, a Palestinian teenager in the Nour Shams refugee camp, east of Tulkarem, in the northwestern part of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources said that Israeli occupation soldiers shot Mahmoud Abu Sa’an, 18, in the head with a live round, reportedly from a short distance.
