Local sources reported that the army had earlier closed roads between Ya‘bad and the nearby village of Zibda with earth mounds, severely restricting the movement of residents and vehicles.

Bulldozers also sealed multiple agricultural roads between Ya‘bad and Zibda and closed an internal road inside Zibda.

In a separate incident, soldiers fired large quantities of tear gas toward homes during an invasion of the village of al‑Mughayyer east of Ramallah, causing suffocation among residents.

In Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, the army closed the main western entrance of Za‘tara east of the city with concrete blocks near the ‘Osh Ghorab area, cutting access to Beit Sahour and central Bethlehem. The road had previously been sealed with a metal gate since October 2023 and was intermittently reopened.

In Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli forces invaded the town of Doura southwest of the city, stormed homes in the Sinjar area, and abducted Suhaib Ma’moun al‑Sharabati and Basel Husam Farah after searching their homes and ransacking their contents.

The soldiers also imposed curfew in Hebron, forcing the Palestinians under house arrest, while more forced were deployed across the city.

In the town of Bani Na‘im east of Hebron in the southern West Bank, Israeli soldiers detained dozens of young Palestinian men, forced them against a wall, interrogated them, and inspected their ID cards before releasing them.
