In the predawn hours of Saturday, Israeli soldiers shot and killed a Palestinian child, in the town of Kafr Ni’ma, west of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.
Israeli forces stormed the village of Kafr Ni’ma and opened fire at Palestinian citizens, shooting a child in the head with live ammunition, causing a serious injury.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) ambulance crews said they attempted to resuscitate the wounded child, but were unsuccessful.
Later, media sources announced that Mohammad Murad Al-Deek, 16, died as a result of his serious gunshot wound.
In related news, occupation forces invaded, on Friday afternoon, the village of Osarin, southeast of Nablus in the northern West Bank, sparking protests.
Soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters, causing many citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
In the southern West Bank, the Israeli army attacked, on Friday afternoon, Palestinian citizens in Al-Khader town, west of Bethlehem.
Local Palestinians protested the military presence, while soldiers fired live rounds, concussion grenades, and tear gas canisters without causing any casualties.
Israeli forces have killed 418 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of the Israeli military onslaught against the Gaza strip, on October 7, 2023.
