Israeli forces killed three Palestinians, including a child, on Thursday, in two separate incidents in the northern West Bank governorates of Jenin and Nablus.
Israeli forces killed a Palestinian young man and a child, and injured two others with live ammunition after colonizers burned citizens lands in the town of Beit Furik, southeast of Nablus in the northern occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that occupation forces killed Mahmoud Hussein Hamdan Abu Samra, 20 and Mohammad Samer Mohammad Mleitat, 16, and confiscated their bodies.
It added that two other citizens were transported to the hospital after sustaining live gunshot wounds during the attack.
The ARAB48 News website quoted an Israeli army statement which claimed that a fire broke out near the illegal “Itamar” colony, alleging that the two slain Palestinians had stabbed a colonizer, before another settler shot and killed them.
The Israeli Magen David Adom reported that its ambulance crews transported a 51-year-old settler to the hospital after he suffered multiple stab wounds to the upper part of his body.
Youssef Hanani, the mayor of Beit Furik, told the WAFA News Agency that the Israeli aggression against the town was ongoing, amid a large-scale incursion by the army and colonizers.
Hanani added that residents rushed to extinguish the fires set by illegal colonizers, when occupation forces and colonizers opened live fire at them.

He stated that four citizens were shot with live rounds, two of whom were declared dead and their bodies confiscated. He added that the colonizers assaulted a number of citizens during the attack.
Hanani reported that soldiers forced a Palestinian family to evacuate their home and assaulted the homeowner, while settlers set fire to citizens’ vehicles in the town.
Earlier, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its ambulance crews transported two citizens in their 40’s to the hospital after they sustained live gunshot injuries in the abdomen.
Media sources reported that a 54-year-old man was assaulted by illegal colonizers in the town, adding that in addition to Beit Furik, colonizers set fire to citizens’ lands in the town of Salem and the village of Beit Dajan, east of Nablus.
Meanwhile, a Palestinian young man from Tubas was killed on Thursday evening, after allegedly stabbing an Israeli soldier near the Haddad roundabout, east of Jenin in the northern West Bank.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced that occupation forces shot and killed the young man Yazan Fakhri Sawafta, 25, with live ammunition near Haddad roundabout, east of Jenin in the northern West Bank, and his body was confiscated.
According to Palestinian sources stated that the slain Sawafta served as a police officer with the Palestinian Authority’s security services.
Israeli army radio reported that Sawafta arrived at a military site near the “Ganim” colony, east of Jenin, while soldiers were gathered, alleging that he stabbed a paratrooper soldier in the leg, causing minor injuries.
It added that two soldiers from the 890th Battalion of the Paratroopers Brigade opened fire at the young man, killing him.
Media sources reported that the army closed the roundabout and deployed military reinforcements to the area, claiming that the one of its soldiers was mildly wounded in a stabbing operation.
Later, a large army force stormed the city of Tubas, in the northeastern part of the West Bank and invaded the slain young man’s family home.
