Israeli forces shot two Palestinians near the central West Bank city of Ramallah, on Friday, while soldiers caused several citizens to suffer inhalation injuries in Bethlehem, in the southern West Bank.
Media sources reported that occupation forces shot two Palestinian worshippers with live rounds, in the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank.
The sources said that Israeli soldiers opened fire towards Palestinian worshippers while they were leaving the mosque, adding that one citizen was shot in the hand and another was shot in the leg; they were transported to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, occupation forces injured a number of Palestinians who confronted Israeli colonizers in the village of Kisan, south of Bethlehem.
According to Ahmed Ghazal, the Fatah Secretary in Kisan, a group of illegal settlers, under army protection, stormed the village and released their livestock on citizens’ lands.
Ghazal added that when local Palestinians confronted the settlers, occupation forces opened fire with tear gas canisters and concussion grenades at them, causing several citizens to suffer the toxic effects of tear gas inhalation.
Furthermore, on Friday night, Israeli forces injured a number of Palestinians after invading the town of Tuqu’, south of Bethlehem.
According to local activist Mustafa Al-Badan, occupation forces stormed the town of Tuqu’ and positioned its troops around the Municipality and the village center, while firing tear gas canisters and concussion grenades, causing inhalation injuries among citizens.
In related news, a group of armed paramilitary settlers injured Palestinian civilians in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, on Thursday night.

According to local activist Osama Makhamra, a group of armed colonizers assaulted several citizens in Khirbet al-Markaz in Masafer Yatta, causing bruises and lacerations.
Makhamra added that the settlers attacked citizens and their homes, wounding the citizens Youssef Makhamra and his son, Mohammad in the head and face, while others sustained bruises after settlers assaulted them with rocks and clubs.
