Israeli forces shot three Palestinian young men with live rounds in the governorates of Bethlehem, Jerusalem, and Tulkarem, and ran over another with a military vehicle in the Nablus governorate.
Israeli forces shot a Palestinian young man on Monday evening in the Dheisheh refugee camp, south of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that a young man (20) was transported to the hospital after he was shot in the pelvis with live ammunition; his condition was not known at the time of this report.
The PRCS added that four citizens were transported to hospital suffering from inhalation injuries as a result of tear gas exposure.
Media sources said that occupation forces invaded the Deheishe camp on Monday afternoon, sparking protests among local Palestinians. The army opened fire with live rounds, concussion grenades and tear gas canisters at citizens.
The sources added that the army besieged and stormed the homes of two detainees who were released as part of the ceasefire agreement between the occupation state of Israel and the Hamas resistance movement in Gaza.
Occupation forces also stormed the town of Al-Ubaidiya and the village of Dar Salah, and positioned units near the homes of a number of released detainees.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces invaded the town of Al-‘Isawiya, northeast of occupied Jerusalem, on Monday night, and abducted a young man after shooting him.
Media sources reported that occupation soldiers stormed the town of Al-‘Isawiya, sparking protests from local youths.
The sources added that soldiers opened fire with live rounds, shooting a young man before abducting him; his condition was not known at the time of this report.
Furthermore, Israeli forces shot a young man on Monday night, and assaulted others, after invading the town of Anabta, east of Tulkarem in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
The PRCS reported that its ambulance crews transported a young man to the hospital after he sustained a live gunshot wound to the hand.
Media sources said that occupation forces stormed Anabta town, deployed infantry units on the main street, stopped and searched vehicles, in addition to detaining and assaulting a number of citizens.
In related news, the army ran over a young man and abducted another in the Sebastia, northwest of Nablus in the northern West Bank, on Monday afternoon.
The Mayor of the town, Mohammed Azem told the WAFA News Agency that occupation forces invaded Sebastia town and opened fire with live rounds.
Azem said that the soldiers rammed a 19-year-old man with a military jeep causing bruises; he was transported to hospital. He added that soldiers abducted the young man, Ghaith Ahmed Ghazal, 19, during the incursion.
On Monday evening Israeli troops injured dozens of Palestinians who were attending a funeral in the town of Beit Kahil, northwest of Hebron in the southern West Bank.
WAFA correspondent reported that occupation soldiers stormed the town and fired tear gas canisters into a mourning tent, causing dozens of mourners to suffer inhalation injuries.
He added that at least two citizens were transported to hospital after losing consciousness as a result of tear gas exposure; the remaining injuries were treated at the Al-Amal Medical Center in the town.
Late Monday night, occupation forces invaded the city of Qalqilia, in the northwestern part of the West Bank.
Media sources said that a large army force stormed the market area in the city center, the Shuraim neighborhood, and the western area; no arrests were reported.
The sources added that the army stormed that village of Hajjah, east of the city. Earlier, occupation forces invaded the villages of Immatin and Far’ata, east of Qalqilia; no arrests were reported.
